Foça is different

– and Johnsflats are too, though for different reasons. The town’s welcoming people, with their relaxed lifestyle, soon charm you and set you at ease. It is safe. And you are unlikely to have met such a varied choice of properties as with Johnsflats.

None of our 30 properties are the same and vary from luxury villas to relatively simple flats. Some are in the town centre and others at the beach. Some offer just two beds and others have eight. We even have an intimate luxury hotel for small, two or three bed bijous with a gourmet restaurant. One very personal flat is in a Turkish style owned by a local boat captain. What is certain is that with this unique spread of properties to choose from, guests should have a special opportunity to select exactly what they want.

Eskifoça, with its sister fishing village Yeni Foça 20 KM to the north, both appeal with a complete combination of sun, sea and relaxation on the Aegean. A third, smaller coastal village, Yenişakran 35 km further to the north, offers guests the chance to stay in a completely undeveloped resort.

All three villages are different too and, while none offer the hectic holidays some seek on the Mediterranean, they can tempt with an established resort at Eskifoça, with lots of restaurants or more ‘laid back’ style of Yenifoça. The remote seaside flats at Yenişakran complete your choice. All three are on the sea starting just over an hour north of Izmir airport within reach of Bergama, Pamukkale and Ephesus.

What is common to all homes is that our standards are extremely high and we try to keep prices as low as possible because having guests come back year after year is important for all of our team.
