Notes for John's Flats:
- The high season is from June 15th to August 31st. All the rest of the year is low season
- Extra beds, if available, at T1 and T3: Half price of the weekly rent for the property divided by the number of ordinary beds, e.g. a 5th person would have to pay
(£ 370/4)/2 = £ 50/week in the high season. - Discount rates can be arranged off season NOV - FEB.
- There will be an additional charge of £ 5 per day if use of the air conditioner is required.

Notes for Lavinya Boutique Hotel:
- The high season is from April 1st to October 31st. The rest of the year is low season.
- The rates are daily and include breakfast. If breakfast is not wanted, the rates will be TL 10 less.
